Refund policy

At Zaitoon Pakistan, we sell premium imported olive oils, vinegars, pastas, and related products. We want you to be happy with every purchase. We are the Official importers of Borges and Coopoliva brands in Pakistan.

Eligibility for Returns:

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is:

• Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• With all labels, seals, and tags intact
• Accompanied by your valid order number

How to Request a Return:

Reach out via Whatsapp at 0345-5566569 with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for request. If approved, we’ll issue instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Sale & Discounted Items:

Products purchased on sale or with special offers may not be eligible for refunds unless faulty.
